A 15-Minute Consultation aims to explore your spiritual goals and whether Catholic Life Coaching with Nico would be a good fit for you.

If Nico is a good fit to be your personal Catholic Life Coach, you may begin sessions once a month or more frequently if desired.

What is Catholic Life Coaching?

Would you tell Jesus that you love Him enough? But how much have you grown in love for Him recently? If you haven’t met your spiritual goals to love Jesus more, have you considered a personal Catholic Life Coach? Unlike counseling, Catholic Life Coaching is not meant to treat mental illness. Also, unlike counseling, life coaches can give you advice instead of guiding you to self-reflect and find solutions yourself.

Like a one-on-one sports coach, Catholic Life Coaching is about helping to train to surrender to Jesus and love Him more. While you should seek spiritual advice from a priest or spiritual director to help you discern God’s will, Catholic Life Coaching is about practicing tools for spiritual growth, like you would practice with a music instructor or personal trainer.

Catholic Life Coaching involves helping you identify obstacles that keep you from loving God more, practice short prayer habits, and grow through spiritual exercises that help you break down the barriers between you and Jesus.

What is the ultimate goal of life? Living in God’s Divine Will, having Him in your interior, and you always being aware of Him in you, letting Him love and do His Will through you with His love.
